Ezequiel Gleichgerrcht MD, PhD
Dr. Gleichgerrcht is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at Emory University. He is board-certified in Neurology, Epilepsy, and Clinical Neurophysiology with a strong clinical interest in drug-resistant epilepsies, including invasive EEG monitoring as well as surgical and other non-pharmacological treatments, such as deep brain stimulation and responsive neurostimulation. As a clinician-scientist, his research focuses on integrating computational neuroimaging, neurophysiology, and neuropsychology/behavior to study brain function and neurological disorders. Dr. Gleichgerrcht's main research lines seek to identify personalized markers to characterize clinical phenotypes. His goal is to uncover new ways to more accurately diagnose and characterize different aspects of brain diseases and to reliably predict treatment outcomes at the individual level.
